Once an alarm is triggered by your device, one of Noonlight’s authorized agents is immediately in touch with your user via text message to assess the situation and offer support until it is resolved. If emergency services are needed, the agent pushes valuable location and event details directly to dispatchers to provide the fastest and most informed response.
